1.  Aims and Scope

2.  General & Submission Process
The conferences will be held online.
Choose your conference call for papers and click '"Submit Article" button. Login is needed for paper submission. If you have been registered already, use your User Name and Password to login OR a create an account using your email, alternatively you can login using via Facebook/Twitter/Google.
All papers must be original and NOT simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.
.docx/.pdf file formats are accepted for the review process
Authors should submit their papers in English of up to 10 double column pages.
Yes. You need to register as a listener.
Acceptance notifications will be emailed to the author.

Absolutely. Every article published in ScholarlyTalk conference undergoes a rigorous peer review process by experts in relevant research fields.
Publishing decisions are made by each Program Committee member, not the publisher. As of now, our overall Acceptance rate is below 60% (although this varies between subjects etc)
3.  Payment
Yes, Once your submission is accepted for the conference, you need to pay USD 50 per article, regardless of number of authors.
You may pay at any time after submission, up to the point of a final Acceptance decision. When a submission is accepted, payment is due before the "Last Date for Registration" for the conference. Kindly refer your conference's Call For Papers page.
The conference registration fees include:
A participant kit
The conference proceedings (download)
A mobile Android or iOS App, or alternatively a printed abstract book
Access to all official conference sessions
Digital Certificates
There is no group discount for delegates who register as a group.
Fees once paid are non-transferable, non-adjustable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

You will receive email correspondence within 3 hours, with a receipt indicating the amount paid.
4.  Virtual Conference
Authors of accepted papers will receive the link to join the virtual conference. Just click "Join meeting" button on the given click.
No software/installation is required, you could able to join the virtual conference in just one click from your browser.
Use Google Chrome web browser on a connected computer or phone. Allow Chrome to use your mic and camera.
Yes, Please make sure your computer is having an active internet connection. Your video call quality will be much, much better if you are on Ethernet, versus Wifi.
5.  Publication & Indexing FAQ
All conference articles that are peer reviewed and presented will be published in "Conference Proceedings". Each conference proceeding will have a unique digit International Standard Serial Number (ISSN) and/or International Standard Book Number (ISBN) code.
ScholarlyTalk articles are indexed in Google Scholar, Research Gate, SciFinder, and Scopus to name a few. Additionally, ScholarlyTalk articles are regularly cited in reputed journals globally.
We publish all content under the prevailing CC BY licence (currently 4.0). Anyone who re-uses the published content must attribute the author(s) and the original source, but otherwise they are free to re-use it as they see fit. This license meets all definitions of ‘true’ Open Access, and complies with any institutional or funder OA mandates that may exist.
6.  Others
The "Best Paper Award" is given to outstanding papers authored by students that are presented at the conference. We encourage members to make nominations based on the quality of the paper.
As the opportunities to engage online are endless, we share you the participants social ids, speaker’s Twitter handles, event hashtags to connect each others post conference.
All authors of a presented paper will receive certificates for the publication. Certificates will be sent via email within 2 days of the session.
